Great pool, room si fine for the price, clean, wifi is very bad, it is like having no wifi, however with mobile data the remote work was completely alright without issues.

The condos are small and the kitchen facilities are poorly equipped 2 plates cups and glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment. The promised Wi-fi didn’t extend to our room so we had to sit in reception to use it. It’s a long way from the beach a 5 minute cab ride where any reasonable facilities are. The beach is lovely and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, its just more than the 10 to 15 minute walk. The pool is lovely and the Gym looks good and the surroundings are nice. It was cheap and fine for our 2 night stay, it was convenient for the airport. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Good hotel. We had only standart apartment but was very nice. Room was nice with fridge, stove, microwave, two air conditioners and small balcony. Helpful staff. Every day when cleaning room new two clean water bottles and coffees. We can 100% recommended. :-) Edit1: One star down for what, that swimming pool is only for additional fee. Edit2: When we tryed second card, so swimmingpool was available too without any additional fee. So we changed our review from 4 to 5 star.

I will summarize the place in few point. 1. Very tidy and organized 2. Close to the beach and local market 5 minutes walk to beach 3. It's in my opinion not a flat it's a 4 star hotel. 4. room wide and clean I advise family more than 2 to book there. 5. Big and clean swimming pool and gym. 6. the place I very quiet and calm (happy place)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
