It's a great hotel for the price, I travel everywhere all year. It's VERY clean, rooms are normal size and the staff is wonderful. Amazing location, little Italy just steps away. I come in SD for my dental surgery so I don't book expensive hotels. This hotel is great, ppl who are saying bad things probably don't travel a lot and need to curb your demands, like for really expensive places. It's also very close to train and airport. I loved it, thank you so much! Only Internet is slow in the evening... and if you don't like noise at all , it's by a highway, but one can see it on the map right??? Doesn't bother me.

Good value here. My room (305) was extremely clean on 1/17/24. Check-in was a bit slow, but all great from there. TV is great/easy with good channels. Wi-fi is good. Good number of electrical outlets. Note to management: the toilet runs in this room, and it looks like it's been doing this for awhile, but, again, toilet is functional. Just something you may want to know to contain your water bill. The hotel is in the thick of things, so run a white noise app to dull street noise to better sleep, since this is not a high-rise. Air conditioner worked well in fan mode...all that was needed for this time of year.

The location was great and the staff are friendly. The whole building has a very awful smell which for us, it got worse once in the room. The ac had cool-ish air but did not actually cool the room. It was very hot at night. It felt like our room had been cleaned but there were stains on the pillows and sheets. Usually I don’t care about a room except to sleep but the smell was so awful it was hard to sleep. I would not stay here again, regardless how affordable it is comparatively.

The overall look of the place is fantastic. The outside entry was clean. There were smokers sitting on the stairs smoking and talking. The smell of the smoke would enter the room if the door was opened. The front desk clerk was a bit unusual. The clientel would be considered sketchy at best. Was visiting a friend here. I'm not sure if I would be comfortable there. The location is perfect. Near the 5 freeway. There were a few homeless people under the freeway. The location is steps away from little Italy and great Italian food.

Service was great! Bugs in the bathroom. AC not adequate. However I liked the two separate bedrooms in the unit. Crack smokers in parking lot. Only plus was that Little Italy was a block away. Great food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
