        Sentence - Old but gold.., maybe it's not true in this case, and maybe I'm wrong. I was a guest at the hotel ten years ago, these days the only thing that hasn't changed is the price per night. However, there is a reason for this and one understands it when entering the room. Very old things, depreciated, hygiene is also not at a good level. One begins to wonder why it has such a high rating in bookings or trip advisor. What's more, I was unfortunately given a floor that had wedding guests during my stay. They were in high spirits and making noise which disturbed the other guests. I didn't like being woken up at three in the morning by their screams. The next day there was also a smell of cigarettes. Two things that are unacceptable for a hotel of this class and with such claims. Separately, their Internet is at a satisfactory level, but there is definitely something to be desired in this direction. In summary, in the future if the hotel is not renovated, I would avoid staying here again and prefer to stay at their other hotel in Kowloon which is calmer in environment, cheaper in price and more luxurious with bigger rooms. Including the view from the window is nice. The manager of the hotel definitely should reconsider changes and upgrades of the service and offers.

        Pricing was quite reasonable for a five star hotel but I would hesitate to describe it as luxury. The decor of the room was quite outdated and dull. It was also on the smaller side but I guess that is the norm for hotels in HK. The view, however, was lovely! Service was impeccable - the staff very friendly and efficient. The fitness centre was also not too bad compared to other hotel gyms. It had enough equipment to get in a decent workout. Location is not bad, only a few minutes walk from Fortress Hill station. However, maybe next time I would opt to stay closer to the heart of Causeway Bay.

        Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of December during New Year’s Eve. Due to the peak period - we paid $1850 AUD for a twin room + extra bed with harbour view. The room was quite spacey however note that the extra bed was a smaller size. Had a dated and older feel however it was fairly clean and basic amenities were provided. The rooftop was the highlight of the hotel especially during countdown on NYE. Amazing view of the fireworks looking down on Victoria harbour. Overall, considering it is a 5-star hotel would rate it 2.5/5 however the rooftop did provide a better overall experience.

        Stayed here some time in October 23. The building is not that new anymore but the place is still fine especially the room. The only con was that some of the furnitures were placed improperly blocking the window making it accessible to guests. The view was good from our room. We availed the lounge access this we had free snacks and dinner. There are'nt that much food selection but more than enough espescially the drinks that included wine amd beer. The staffs were also supportive and kind. Hope they can renovate and keep this up to date.

        Before i start may i say a very big Thank You to Oscar and Elma for their attention and the likes of Angela a team member for all the assistance thruout our stay here. Their guidance at the Club level lounge for afternoon and evening treats and at the top floor dining room for breakfast is to say the least beyond the normal. To house keeping the rooms are excellent with great amenities and those pillows. So so comfy. Reception assisted us with a late checkout as well which was indeed appreciated. In closing the amazing views from the rooftop were for free and was a highlight of Honkers we will never forget. To all management and employees here you should be proud of your Harbour Grand Causeway Hotel. Its simply so very good because of you!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
