I found that it was an amazing experience. It was right beside the ocean and had an excellent view of the symphony of lights. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected,but they were still very nice. The workers were excellent and did more than they needed to do. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone!

Amazing Hotel with astonishing rooms, the facility itself is really good. Nothing more to say about that, too bad that the hotel staff does not represent correctly the majesty of the place, the expression "a smile goes a long way" takes all its sense in this place. The staff is really not at your service not a smile in a 8 days trip its a bit disappointing. Hong Kong is a beautiful place and the majestic of the Kowloon bay and the hotel Grand Kowloon is definitely something to experience once in your life.

We stayed for 3 nights room only. Our room was amazing with a fantastic view of the city and harbour. Staff were knowledgeable about the local area. Good connections to the public transport system MTR. Highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is perfectly positioned on the other side of Hong Kong. Its location is excellent, with access to the metro (green line - last stop) 2 minutes away. The central part of the city can be reached very quickly and easily. The hotel team is friendly, the hygiene is at a good level, as rooms are cleaned every day, towels and accessories are changed. Only for those who are not used to low temperatures, they should be prepared for the fact that the air conditioners work very strongly and this can be uncomfortable. Overall a good choice for this class of hotel and price per night. I recommend it. P.S. It also has a magnificent coastal promenade for a walk or sports like running.

Excellent place to stay.... Love My vacation stay here,,,, amazing views from the top...and from the bottom. Trully recommended... Also their dine in excellent I had the Burger with fries meal and the hamburger was juicy and delicious 5 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
