In summary, Song Huang Tai is approximately a 5-8 minute walk from the subway station, and the room size is average. However, the dehumidifying function in the room is not effective, leading to excess moisture after showering, which may pose some inconvenience. The absence of power outlets near the bedside cabinet could be inconvenient for guests with high charging needs. On the positive side, the cleaning staff demonstrates professionalism, ensuring the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The hotel does not provide laundry facilities, but there are coin-operated washing machines across the street. Overall, addressing the humidity issue and enhancing convenience with additional power outlets would further elevate the overall guest experience.

I arrived in Hong Kong during the Christmas holiday and booked a 3-night stay at Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees. I would like to express my gratitude to the general manager- Dickson Lee for promptly addressing an issue of our hotel bathroom. In response to the inconvenience, he generously upgraded us to the Harbour Club floor. I appreciate the excellent service and am thankful for the unforgettable experiences during my time in Hong Kong.

Wow I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. My expectations for Hong Kong are low and this place surpassed all my expectations. Nice big comfortable bed. Not noisy at all. Nice and quiet. Service is good and very convenient. I would totally stay here in the future whenever I’m in HK. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We found this hotel quite well in terms of budget stay and considering the room size. Staff was good, courteous, and helpful whenever approached. The only con is the location and its mtr connectivity (you have to change lines to go to all tourist spots), which makes it a little cumbersome, esp for the first-time tourists.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
