Very stylish hotel. There is also a restaurant and shop inside. Good cuisine and delicious breakfast. The rooms are good, the only thing I didn’t like was the location of the sink, it’s not in the bathroom. All necessary accessories, including body cream and hair conditioner. The parking lot is quite suitable for a long car. There is Prado Museum and a beautiful park nearby.

A mid-price hotel which I found really good. The hotel is in an excellent location, near the main station and the road with all the major galleries on it. The rooms are smallish but full of facilities and well thought out. Staff helpful and good facilities including a small pool and rooftop terrace

We stayed there for one night, and we book a same day reservation. The girl at the front desk was really nice to us, gave us nice restaurant recommendations (even it being already past 11 pm), an room upgrade, and two free drink vouchers to be used at the hotel bar. They have a rock shop (if you’re a collector, they have some really nice items). The only downside of the hotel was our experience at the bar. As an employee from another Hard Rock location, I know the expectations from the service. We sat at the bar and had to find the menu ourselves, took a while for the bartender to come serve us, and at the end, even that we had the free drink coupons, they initially tried to charge us for the drinks. Apart from that, the food was delicious, the beer was cold, and the hotel room was really an upscale experience.

Had a great stay - well laid out, modern and clean room with large bed and choice of pillows. Giant shower room with rainfall and regular shower heads. Our air conditioned room overlooked the central courtyard with the natural light coming in from the roof terrace so felt bright and fresh. Sessions restaurant also nice and has a terrace looking over the pool and garden which was very nice to sit in. The rooftop bar RT60 has good views over the city and with a relaxed vibe. Best part of the hotel though was the staff who gave excellent friendly service. Great place to stay if you want to explore Madrid or are just visiting for business.

During the 2 nights, I was trying to enjoy all facilities in this hotel: shop to rooftop bar. Firstly, day time front staffs are super friendly and helpful, however night shift staffs gave me rude and uncomfortable impressions. I am appreciated day time staffs. Secondly, pool, rooftop bar, gym, and outside bar are amazing. We gave up to look around city and enjoyed all facilities, aka 호캉스. Drink prices are reasonable, so we didn’t go out much. Thirdly, location is pretty good. Bit far from city centre, but all closed 3 famous museums. Finally, breakfast was so good. All foods were warm and we could order hot food separately. We were enjoyed a loooot!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
