Had my holiday party here in The Edge room. The space was amazing, had a view of the Gaslamp sign and was wonderfully spacious. They served the best food that I have ever had at a group event in a hotel. Every employee that we interacted with was fantastic, warm, and helpful. The room was well appointed and we definitely loved the way they handled the mini bar with their signature cocktails. We ordered room service for breakfast and boy was I surprised. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was the best I have ever had (as a San Diego native, this was a big deal).

Very disappointed. I travel a lot and love the finer things. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. If you decide to stay here, be aware nothing is included in the room price. You will have to pay for parking (ACE parking is probably the cheapest in the area). There is what I would call a resort fee. They label it as an All Access Pass for 39.38. If you want a refrigerator, there is a charge because the one in the room is for their over priced mini bar. If you want a microwave, there is a charge. They have so many different levels of rooms, you will have no idea if you received the room you actually paid for. I had a king something. The bed was so low, it was like it was missing something. And the room needed maintenance. I won't be back.

Hotel is in the perfect location. We booked a suite. Shower had blue taped X’s covering the drain. Which was whatever, I just took it off. Checked in late and left at 5am. Couple days later I had HUGE mini bar charges when we never even used the minibar! Shady stuff is going on there. Never will stay there again.

I was really excited about my first stay at a Hard Rock, sadly it will be my last. Great location, close to transportation links, convention centre, PetCo Park. Rooms were comfortable, clean but a bit dated. Bars and restaurants not always open. A few days after we arrived home we were hit with a second bill which I was told was for items from the mini bar. We did not take anything from the mini bar and we had to really fight to get the money back. Really disappointed.

Honestly, disappointed in this hotel and my stay here. When I called to make reservation, they asked if I wanted extra pillows and blankets. I agree that would be nice. They also asked if I wanted music playing in the room and what kind. I reserved a king suite. Upon arrival, there were no extra pillows or blankets, no music playing in room. Carpet is old and room was very small for a suite. They also charged my card 3 days later for mini bar charges. Even though mini bar wasn't use.. Sad. Don't recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
