Great location ~5min walk from Hankyu Umeda station, ~15min walk from JR Osaka station. Plus all the major shopping and dining area nearby. Unfortunately it is also located right next to a highway. By all measure, this is not an issue with the soundproof door and windows, but you may get the occasional siren blasted in the middle of the night. Also needs to keep the toilet fan turned on around the clock to keep the stale air at bay. Otherwise we loved the big size room which is not often the case with Japanese hotel. Plus the extensive toiletries provided. Thanks Harmonie for a pleasant stay!

Huge room, huge balcony not much storage space, very noisy surrounding, very weak and ridiculous noisy air conditioning (why it turns off during night), why so noisy AC?, why open toilet, why separate beds (we are couple), USB and low dimmer does not work, why one old school room key and nobody ask the name when you say room number, why no shampoo or shower gel dispenser, only a lot of small tester bottles (shame), why no towel drying rack or space to dry on the huge balcony, tried friendly service but not trained to make guest experience better, good view into room from opposite building, no spa, no pool, fix breakfast... harmonie could have better guest experience in all areas, just do it.

One of the highlights of our trip to Osaka, this hotel has it all. It's absolutely beautiful. The room we stayed in was named 'Black Tea' and it was gorgeous, with chic decor and a huge walk-out balcony where we had a great view of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. They spoke English to us and gave us a nice tour and explanation of all the features of the room. We were traveling with our 5 month old daughter and they were super accommodating. The spaciousness of our room was something I was not expecting, and it was a pleasant surprise in Japan where rooms are usually small. I would definitely come back again.
