As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent option for my needs. I booked directly through their website, rather than a travel app. Free hotel pick up was complimentary with my seven day booking - a long time for a hotel stay, but the reviews, the daily high tea, and knowing that I would have options such as yoga classes, a swimming pool and treatments at the spa, were deciding factors. I am very glad that I decided to stay here. The staff are the most helpful, kind, and accommodating I have ever encountered in my travels. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with the tastiest options, both in western style and local. One thing I was unaware of the first couple days, is that the kitchen can also prepare dishes, aside from the buffet. Just ask the server, or go to the window where the kitchen is and you will see the menu. The Pho, fresh fruit juices and the Vietnamese coffee were very satisfying. All the restaurant staff were very professional and friendly, especially Katie, whose smiling face was such a warm welcome. I highly suggest booking either the Jr. Suite or the Executive Suite - it is worth it for the daily afternoon tea, which was a welcome respite from the high buzz of the city. The reception team is extraordinary, especially Dory, Anna and Jasmine. And Jackson, the bell captain is a sweetheart. I’m really going to miss all of them. Lastly, the location is well situated for local sites, restaurants, coffee places, and five minutes on a scooter to Ben Thanh. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating for myself and my family. The hotel was clean and well presented each day with our room made as if it were the first day. The breakfast buffet accommodated for multiple tastes and cuisines. The hotel staff were friendly and polite and assisted in local deliveries, recommending shopping destinations and local knowledge of the area. Overall I would love to return another time and will recommend to my friends and family Little notes were also written for our daughter my the staff each day

Good value for the price. Room was clean and the housekeeping lady left little pleasant notes every day after cleaning....a nice touch. The Concierge and lobby staff were all friendly and eager to please. The lobby cafe/bar was nice albeit small. Breakfast was good with friendly staff.

Very much a city hotel. Dining area had a canteen feel to it and breakfast was a busy loud experience. Hotel is clean, neat and tidy. With so many bars and restaurants nearby you can see why there's not a focus of this area in hotel. To be honest Ho Chi Minh City is too busy for us and the three nights was one too many. Recommend this hotel as a base to explore city and surrounding area.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive size the location is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is well served with many different options to choose. On the negative size, on arrival we where allocated to a lower-category room than than the one reserved. True is that 2 hours later we were changed to the correct room after complaining, but they tried it. Also there were doing some maintenance work on different rooms during our stay. I woke up two different times (one at 8:50 am and other during a nap) because of the hammer blows and the noise of drills. Finally, the check-out day the key for the lights in the room was already not working any more so we packed with no AC and lights on the room or bathroom. These details make our stay not as pleasant as expected.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
