Had a super pleasant stay at Harper Aston! Surprisingly got a free upgrade to a larger room, rooms was clean & comfortable, breakfast was great. A bit downside are amenities (wouldve been good to get separate soaps & shampoos).. very minor though Would like to thank Mbak Angel & the team for the hospitality!

3 days business meeting in this hotel is a wonderful experience. Excellent services from the hotel, especially from Mba Nadia who is always smiling for us when we asked some questions. The food in the restaurants is also taste and delicious. You can have traditional food and also modern food in this hotel. For the meeting room is also terrific. It is quite wide and have wireless projector. It is rare in some hotel in Jakarta. Five star services and five star quality for this hotel. Thank you for the help from all of the staff.

The location is easy to reach, the rooms are clean, you have a direct view of the building. The food is varied, I like chicken the most because it's tender and the spices soak in. Hopefully you can stay here again later.

Nice room ambience with nice breakfast, we can even find pizza as breakfast menu, so the kids are so excited! As for the swimming pool, we would be very happy if the pool area not close at 6pm. Their semi outdoor pool area is also nice by the way. And thank you mba @zia for your nice hospitality as well.

Excellent service, fast response and friendly staffs. Zia really helpful and friendly, she offered new menu selections to our table with a smile. 2 trainees in the eggs section doing their best to keep everyone have their eggs fresh and hot without waiting to long. Definitely coming back and highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
