        Unfortunately this hotel didn’t live up my high hopes. The room was beautiful and the staff were lovely. That’s where it ended - the house / room was absolutely freezing (take note for stays during winter time). When asked about it - I was told there’s no wood for the fire until a few days later and the manager also was off for a few days so I could not complain to her. The main front door is left open constantly during the day which doesn’t help. The heater / air con in the room also was not working / heating the room properly. The bathroom was soooo cold - it was really unpleasant to go to the toilet for any length of time - and doesn’t have its own heater. It wasn’t nice for us to return there after a long day out in the cold sightseeing. Needless to say we checked out and went somewhere warmer and cosier.
