As the name suggests, the building consists of a hotel and apartments. 1. The design of the table lamp extending from the ceiling is rather appealing. 2. The soundproofing of the room door is good. 3.Fire doors in corridors can be closed using a manual button,which requires minimal effort. 4.When sleeping, the windows can remain open because there is no outside source of the sounds. 5.My room has a large floor-to-ceiling windows and an operable window. 6. However, the sound insulation between adjacent rooms and the soundproofing of the upper floor's ceiling are not as expected.

Just right beside the train station, 4 mins walk to Coop, very convenient. Clean and tidy, new facilities, quick Wi-Fi, quiet environment. I enjoyed 2 days stay.

I got a really bad experience with the hygiene of my room. There were black hairs everywhere (I am in blond), even in the bed, there was a lot of dust flying round, the walls dirty, the floor too, the bed had hard and cheap materials - no air circulation in the room, I really felt super uncomfortable and if it wasn’t the case that I arrived so late in the evening after a busy day of work - I would have left immediately again and drove back to Zurich. I woke up even more crashed then I came. The only plus I can give is for the super friendly check in guy I had. He was the only highlight of my stay. Overall I would never come again - also waaaay too expensive for what you get.

A complete mess. Difficulties to talk by telephone with the person that you need, sometimes redirected to the call center in Germany, people that don't speak English well and a sense of not giving importance to the customer. You cannot book the parking, you will find it when you arrive. It costs 24 euros per day, more or less. When asking how is the occupation of the parking at the moment, they don't reply again. And you lose your whole stay if you don't arrive the first day, so they don't care for the reviews or the satisfaction of the clients. They prefer to have the room empty and spend less in cleaning It is getting good reviews based only on being new. Avoid it, you never know when you will have a problem

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
