I've been watching Haru-kun's YouTube videos for a long time. When I visited the store for the first time, the customer service was not very nice. There was an atmosphere that people who didn't want to buy weren't customers. As for the products, there were a lot of second-hand clothes from SEKAST and TREFAC, which didn't really appeal to me as someone who loves second-hand clothes. Basically, I don't keep vintage items, so they are in good condition. I think it's a good store for people who are just starting to love clothes or want to buy used clothes, but I think they should reconsider their customer service. Also, if you really want to convey the charm of used clothing, you should buy more vintage clothing. There are a lot of good second-hand clothing stores in Sancha, so I recommend going elsewhere.

I visited around 2:00 pm on a weekday on the third day of opening. The owner was not present, but two sales staff were there to serve customers. Both sales staff were providing customer service tailored to the customer, and the conversation I could hear was lively. They gave me various suggestions and I was able to find one that I liked. The price range is around 10,000 yen for regular T-shirts, and 10,000 to 20,000 yen for other items. It's not that they're cheap, but I can tell that they want to sell items that are in good condition at a fair price. The items are unique, with one rack full of blue items, and special T-shirts that cost over 50,000 yen, so you can feel the owner's commitment to the selection. In particular, there was a wide variety of checked items, so there was a lot to choose from. They say they would like to expand in the future, so I would like to meet the owner when he is present.

It's more regular than vintage, and I felt that they were particular about the design and silhouette. ・Employee impressions It may be difficult to talk to tall people, I can't make eye contact with you, I can't tell you what you think is good about the coordination, so I got the impression that they were selling a little too quickly. I heard that the short person originally worked in apparel. He is friendly and you can feel his attachment to the items. It made a very good impression. I watched it on YouTube and was really looking forward to it! I'm close to Haru's height, so there are a lot of items that fit me perfectly, and I usually give up on them at second-hand clothing stores due to size issues, but they also have a large lineup of everything! And the quality of each item is also very high. I bought NIKE's Swoosh T today. I was able to get my hands on this item, which is a must-have for second-hand clothing lovers, as it has a rare body and embroidery in the middle! Repeat is required! I will go again!

[A wonderful secondhand clothing store where you can have the best experience] There are many encounters at second-hand clothing stores. Each one-of-a-kind piece of used clothing has its own story and the store's commitment to it. I love that kind of time, and I've been wearing old clothes ever since I was a student. This time I visited around 4pm on a weekday. I was able to spend my time relaxing. All of the staff members were friendly and easy to talk to, and their suggestions on how to dress were amazing. I was also able to meet Haruki-san, and I was able to have someone who has been supporting me for a long time actually look at my old clothes, which was a special experience unlike anything I've ever had before. This time I bought a North Face checked shirt and detachable beige cargo pants. It was a genre I had never worn before, but Haruki-san and other staff members recommended it to me, so I tried it on and it was a hit! My world has expanded with the clothes I was able to find because I came here ☺️ Next time, I'll save up some money and visit in the fall/winter! I pray for their continued development and support them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
