I couldn't contact the hotel before I checked in, so I didn't know whether I had successfully booked the room. They also charged an additional fee, even though we had already paid through Agoda. The sound insulation is very poor, and you can hear every word from the neighboring room. The cleanliness is also very low, with bugs on the bedsheets. Overall, the quality of accommodation is extremely poor, and I do not recommend it at all.

I found this hotel to be a pretty easy walk from JR station and Toji temple. There's a park almost next door that had a lovely market Saturday morning. We loved the experience of staying somewhere so old and unique. Despite thin walls, noise was not an issue and I had a sound sleep.

Authentic place to stay. U wont meet any staff (accept the cleaner). U will find your checkin docs in the post box at the front house. Then u will be given a passcode to enter your house/room. Interesting!

It's a great place to stay at. The rooms are so Japanese and offer a great rice porridge. It's close to many temples. The building is over 100 years old and has been renovated. The walls are thin just like in the old days so hopefully your neighbors are not too loud. The kitchen is nice and clean. You would have to wear their shoes to walk around the building. Keep in mind it's a self serve stay. So you do the check in and out and you leave the payment on your bed.

A pretty traditional hostel in an amazing location, near a bunch of shops and bus stops. The rooms are great, clean, and air conditioned. The staff is courteous and respectful, the buildings are all very well kept and pretty, pretty much everything is great. There's even tea bags you can use, which is an instant +1 star for me.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
