        Location is good, however the hotel needs renovation (pictures were made probably 20 years ago), on weekends it can be quite noisy in the area, the staff is trying their best to be as helpful as they can

        Came here in emergency at 1am as we missed our train. The staff was kind and helpful as they accommodated us so late Breakfast was served but basic. Unfortunately the room was disgusting, dirty stained sheets and towels, curtain falling off, dirty windows and ledge full of cigarettes. Bathroom is mouldy, dirty and smells of cigarette smoke. The fridge was horrendous. I don't understand why they don't improve their cleanliness when the previous reviews are saying the same? Some cleanliness and renovation would make this hotel great as the location is ideal.

        The only good thing about this hotel is the location and one of the staff members, the bold man at the reception. But I will not reccomend this hotel. We called our room “the ashtray”. You can see why if you see the pictures. It was so disgusting to see that every single time you opened the curtains. I don’t know why they just don’t clean it. The towels were disgusting, full of stains. The first night when we came back after the whole day walking around Istanbul, our room was not cleaned. We left our towels in the floor and there they were when we arrived. When we went to reception to ask for clean towels so we can shower, the guy told us that it was not possible to have clean towels as they don’t have any and they were waiting for the laundry to come. This is not acceptable. He told us that they didn’t clean the room because we didn’t left the keys at reception. But we didn’t know that, nobody told us when checking in. The breakfast was just ok. After the second day we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. The room was extremely small. We didn’t have space for our two pieces of luggage and the bed sheets were dirty. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

        The best part of this hotel is the location... Other than that the hotel needs renovation, rooms are small plus there was a bed bug in one of the rooms.

        Hatay hotel was fantastic- great value for money, clean, hot shower, toiletries provided and one of the best Turkish breakfasts I've had in Turkey. Most of all the staff were super accommodating and helpful at all hours of the day and night. Also an excellent location for exploring old town

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
