        This hotel has crowned my top list of hotel stay. First step in the hotel, you’ll greet with friendly staff and nice smell. Even tho during festival season, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. I felt the welcoming spirit from the staff, what a Malaysian spirit. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are surprisingly good, all dishes are above average tastiness, you’ll regret if you didn’t try their desserts. Don’t forget to check out their H Spa, the massage skill is good and yet the price is so affordable. The gym is well equipped to maintain your routine, however choose timing wisely, else will be crowded. They have sauna and steam room ready to be used. Swimming pool always crowded with kids. Another place I didn’t try is their sky lounge, nice view from the top. The hotel is located strategically at the heart of Melaka city centre where basically most tourist attractions are within walking distance. During peak season, may expect slow room service for cleaning. One thing to be noted, lift is slow.

        Centralised location. Walking distance to nearby tourist attractions. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. 2-bedroom apartment is spacious! However I have to use some force to close the doors. Breakfast is decent. Only downside is I saw a cockroach while taking a cup of cappuccino at their premier lounge :(

        The hotel quality keeps on degrading based on the multiple times we stayed here. Back to the hotel after 5 years as we are caught in a jam on the NS Highway, and the room is in terrible shape. Booked 3 rooms. 1 room have issues with the connecting door not being able to close. After some shoving, we noticed the previous guests had jammed the connecting door latch with tissue paper, and this was not removed by the housekeeping so people from the other room can enter my parents room. Second room has a leak outside the bathroom door that makes the carpet wet in the toilet entrance. Third room does not have a bathroom mat and leaking shower door. Tried calling housekeeping but the phone was not working. Operator also never picked up the phone. Toilet was dirty and safe was also locked by previous guests and cannot open. Overall a 0 star experience especially since we paid over rm 500 per room for 1 night. Terrible. Will not come back to this hotel again.

        Great location. Lobby was stunning. Next to the mall, close to tourist spots, very close to mahkota hospital Service was excellent. Thank you for being so warm and helpful. All of the staff keeps asking if my sister needed a wheelchair because she was limping after a knee surgery. Overall, small issues here and there but it was still a great stay. We had a good time here! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!!

        Came here for a business trip and thought the junior suite was really comfortable, really clean and quiet as well! Everything was provided for and the check-in/out process was super smooth! In terms of the food, it was alright I would say. Nothing to shout about, especially for breakfast as the pancakes/pastries/bread were quite dry. We had the workshop in Columbus Hall which was honestly a bit dusty and stuffy. And a few technical glitches happened as well. But the staff were relatively quick most of the time when we had issues! So appreciated their willingness to help us and to continuously walk up and down to cater to our needs! All in all, I think this hotel is very nice for a short quiet getaway but it is quite run down for a 5 star hotel. But if you’re okay with that, then go ahead! Enjoy! :))
