Worst experience. Too expensive for the quality. Very Dirty rooms, no amenities, no sitting area, no safety. Gents coming in and out... Few girls stay there permanently which means more mess. They talk and shout late night, and everyone there is really Rude.

Horrible bed. Tiny room. Steep staircases. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom. We requested to have our stay shorten because I have asthma and the mold is makinh it worse but they wouldn't accept it. So we had to leave early and without getting any money back. Do not book here if you want to enjoy a good nights sleep.

The most terible place i ever had. The bed is not eligible at all, how could you still provide the bed with you can feel already the metalspring? And the bedsheet also smelly and dirty. Pillow is not really a pillow. No insulation so practically you will hear everything outside. I normally trust agoda review but for this house is absolutely something fishy. And one more the staff also unfriendly. I dont even think this place deserve 1 star.

Updated: 28 October 2022 (28.10.2022) • Stayed one night (between 18/10 & 19/10). • Dormitory room. One bed. Lower Deck. (WON20,000/bed/night) ⦿ Not difficult to pin-point location using Google map (NOT Kakao map). +ve 1. Free & easy. In terms of, easy self checkout. No deposit required. 2. Free to use kitchen. 3. Water dispenser available at the kitchen. 4. Strong WiFi connection. 5. Basic facilities provided. 6. Spick and span in common area. -ve 1. Accommodation pricing is crazy and it fluctuates daily/hourly. Sometimes, it is affordable but it can get expensive! 2. Pricing (bed/night) is a little expensive for the location but that's alright. 3. Not allowed to check-in early despite there was two people in the dormitory. That was a big minus point. 4. No key/card/password given. Which means, any stranger able to creep in. 5. The French housekeeper chambermaid neither accommodating nor informative (一问三不知). 6. Personally, I dislike climbing up & down dark stairs during cold night. (eg toilet at 3rd level occupied, I have to go 2nd level) Generally, it is still worth staying. The value of the accommdation was what I paid for. Neither do I expect high standard nor 5-star rating hotel. 📸Photos submitted by me, worth a thousand words.☺

It's cheap but a bit cold in winter cz there's no heater in 4 in 1 room, there are 2 buildings but only 1 registration desk: need bigger signpost, so if we get to building which has no registration desk, we can easily find the other building. near restaurant, subway station (Samgakji station), hangeul museum, war memorial of korea, just few minutes from N Seoul Tower. just few minutes walking to Han River. easy to find. the laundry fee is a bit expensive. kind and helpful staff

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
