This one is the best one where I have stayed in America. I stayed here with my brother's family in November 2023. The rooms were super clean and the maintenance was top-notch. Almost everything was provided. They even had a pool, but unfortunately, I did not know how to swim. They played good music and everyone around the pool were having a lot of fun. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. A shuttle leaves at every half an hour between morning 8 am to evening 6 or 7 pm. So, that kept us covered for most of our travel. Plus, you can visit stores like Publix, Winn Dixie and more that in walkable distance from this hotel. This one has a sea-facing entrance, so you can even go on refreshing morning walks. The best part of our stay in Key West was this hotel and the ambiance of its pool. Loved every minute of our stay.

My husband and I have been staying at Havana Cabana for over 10 years (since back when it was known as The Inn at Key West). Unfortunately, our recent vacation here was probably our last. I sadly have to leave a negative review because this place (at least the 3 rooms my family and I stayed in: rooms 138, 139 and 140) had bed bugs. The rooms are dated and dirty. After the first night I woke up with many itchy bites, thinking it was mosquitoes or some other insect bite from being outisde. It was cold the first 2 days so I had pants on so I thought that was strange. My kids and parents also had bites. The bed linens had a bunch of little black spots, which I thought were from our feet from the dirty, gritty floors, but after reading up about bed bugs, it is most likely their fecal matter. GROSS! Each morning we had new bites. The bathroom looked like it needed a good deep cleaning (walls and baseboards were very dirty) and the flooring near the door had started to lift up. There are a few pros to this place. The pool is by far one of the best on the island and the staff were always polite and helpful. The free shuttle is great too since it is not close to down town. However, this place is way overpriced for the condition of the rooms and not even their beautiful pool can make up for it.

Wanted to love this, but if you are allergic to mold at all beware. Mainly in the bathroom. Switched rooms and still same issue. They kept putting us on first floor, maybe second floor is better. The pool area and food truck is really fun. Lobby is totally cool. Shuttle service is awesome, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We found the hotel so welcoming since the beginning. We received a very nice treatment from each one of the staff members, specially Maria and Ron, who genuinely took care of all our requests. We mentioned we were newly married and they immediately brought a congratulations champagne bottle to our room. They also gave us very informative suggestions about Key West restaurants, tours, bars and historical places to visit. They have a nice pool area where they sometimes offer complementary drinks and parties. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the city centre every 30 minutes, which is a very convenient way to get to downtown without a hassle. This place made us feel at home.

This hotel is a really gem and we enjoyed every single minute of our stay. When you come to your room, you find a pair of sunglasses on your bed as a gift. Which we thought was really good because my partner forgot his. :-) Nice Gimick The rooms are clean and nice decorated. You'll find everything you need for your weekend getaway. The pool is also clean and you can enjoy some live music in the afternoon. If you like to party at night or do some sightseeing during the day, there is a shuttle service free of charge offered by the hotel too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone to do it also.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
