If i could give this a 0 star I absolutely would! We needed a place to stay after landing from the airport at 6:30 AM. We booked it online from our vacation program without seeing photos - HUGE mistake. It was in an industrial area. I think our Uber driver was shocked that this was where we were staying. He parked for a few minutes. The office was located right next to another room. It was only big enough to fit a desk - which was a folding table - and 1 person. As we got to the door, the first thing we noticed was the completely torn awning above the entrance. We walked in and the feel we had was "this is a pay per hour" hotel. We were so tired after flying all night that we decided to go ahead and sleep for a couple of hours. Once we woke up and really looked around, we decided we could NOT stay here one more night let alone the rest of the day. There were no plugs in the bathroom to do hair. The shower had been caulked instead of regrouted and it was peeling off the walls. Most of the blinds weren't able to open because the tilt wand was missing. But the absolute MOST DISGUSTING thing was the flosser we found under the sheets. That was the piece that broke us. No way were those sheets changed regularly. Find somewhere else to stay!

This place is super cute. Reminds me of old Tampa. The staff is friendly, the room was clean. My two complaints are safety features 😭 I couldn’t sleep because the light outside my room was directly in front of my window. There are blinds but no curtains. The ac worked fine but it’s extremely loud when it kicks on. I was only here for one night but I would stay again.

The room is very small. There is no coffee pot in the room like the website says. The air conditioner has been leaking in the room all night and their solution was to put towels down. Area leaves me a sense of insecurity because it is clearly a motel. No security protection besides maybe some cameras. Access to the street was literally 50 feet anyone could have stopped and knocked on the door to rob us. The shower takes at least 5 minutes to warm up. Not worth staying here spend the extra $50 and get a named brand hotel.

Great service, and location! Comfy bed, coffee available along with fruit, cereal, granola bars. Would be nice to have a few things in the room: hairdryer, closet rod with hangers, shelf in shower. Older place but being fixed up, there's a wait for hot water for showering. Would stay again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
