The service apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. The rooms are quite spacey and they also provide microwave and refrigerator in each room. The downside is they only provide you with little to nothing bathroom amenities not to mention the minimalist breakfast and small access road. Pros: spacey, tidy and clean Cons: hard to find, small access road

This hotel is nice, cozy room, comfy bed, big tv, working wifi and clean room. The bathroom is with bathtub which is rare in this era and hit water is functional. Downside is access to the location in narrow street

We had bad experience here. It’s our first time ordered a lot of rooms here and got the worst service. Our booking was cancelled without a notification in the day we booked. We are big family, all family has came to OYO. We want to check in but the receptionist tell us we can’t check in now because the manager has been cancelled our booking. And they can’t take reponsibility with this situation. We’re very spechless.

Best service apartment for staycation.. located in alley far from crowded street so it is perfect for people who want to have relaxing and quite stay. Stayed in 1 BR room with living room, kitchen, cooking and dining utensils, 2 door fridge, king-size bed, big cabinet, HBO channel, and bathroom with bathtub and shower amenities. Overall room and everything inside is clean and presentable. Stayed in 1st floor so the view not too good with view of other houses in front of the balcony. No breakfast but its easy to order online there are many food alternatives nearby or cook yourself. They don't provide sponge and dish soap though so its a bit weird since they provide kitchen and dining utensils but cannot wash the dishes by ourselves. Definitely great place to stay. Will come back for more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
