This was my first trip to Vietnam, and of course, I didn't know what to expect. But everything was great, I have never met such responsive people fighting for the convenience and comfort of their clients. I recommend this hotel, quite convenient location.

Location of hotel is very central and close to the airport. Good restaurants and shops nearby. The view from room was nice, you can watch the sunset from the balcony.

The best place we have stayed in vietnam. The service was exceptional and the rooms clean and very big. The view from our room was amazing. Would highly recommend this motel.

I am truly in love with Haya Hotel. My stay here was relaxing, adventurous and Beautiful. I stayed in a “Deluxe Sea view” Bedroom on the third floor. The view of the stunning sea was breathtaking and me and my husband took so many pictures of the sunset. Not to mention, I took me and my group of friends around the district, in my opinion, the location of the hotel is good because there is a lot of places to visit. Another thing I am satisfied with is the staff behavior. They were very welcoming and they spoke english very well. They also had a lot of different services, i got to rent a floaty for my family. And lastly, the hotel breakfast was delicious. Usually my kids are super picky with the food they eat! But they had no problem demolishing all these fantastic dishes. If i had a chance to come back to Haya hotel I would! 😂😂 My husband Gerald is very pleased.

Good location near night market,restaurant sea food ,beef crow, draft beer . People nice ,room clean, breakfast with coffee, salads , cheeses ,more….very convenient for take taxi ,we like that place. Thank people service very nice

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
