Hotel scams you and moves you to a bad room elsewhere. Avoid. There is a scam on Westerners at this Hotel. We went to check in and we were told that there was a problem, but we could stay in another hotel nearby. When we went to the other hotel it was tired and dirty with unmade beds, filthy floor, and very poor breakfast. It looks like this hotel does the same with other travellers. We could not cancel as we were a group. The hotel then told the booking site that we had not turned up.

Hotel location accessible to most of the tourist spots and restaurants in Baku. Budget friendly and very peaceful if you prefer peace and quiet for just relaxation.
