        Excellent room, large and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to the red line subway. There isn't anything to do in this neighborhood but with the subway so close it's easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The staff were excellent also, front desk workers very friendly, housekeeping ladies also very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

        I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!

        The room is very good. The hotel location is great as well. The receptionist was able to speak English and Portuguese fluently and that was great. The sole problem was the shower, it was so weak, if we wanted hot water, we could count the drops, it was disappointing.

        The good: Room is spacious, bed is big and comfy, the breakfast is wonderful, good value. There's a very good asian restaurant downstairs. The staff is very supportive and professional. you can use whatapps or wechat to communicate. There's a terrace where you can sit down and enjoy the view. The bad: The entrance is confusing, it's not exactly at the location specified in the google map, it's around the corner surrounded by gate. The hot water is unacceptable since the pressure is so low it's either too hot or too cold, and it takes forever for the hot water to run. The wifi is very weak, spotty, almost unsable. Location not so good, and there're not much around the area, which is very run down, with alot of retail closed down with grafitti everywhere.
