        Our overall experience at this hotel was good. However, when it came to settling the bill we had additional to pay. We were confused because we had asked for breakfast for all 3 days. The receptionist put it through and confirmed it was for the whole stay. The gentleman on the last day explained we had only paid half. He did admit that the receptionist should have charged us the full amount on the first day like we asked. To be honest we wouldn’t have paid it if we knew the total cost. There were very small pastries and some deli meats but not worth what we paid. The receptionist was very misleading. Also on the 26th one waiter was extremely rude. The rest of the staff were extremely nice particularly the waiter who served us breakfast twice.

        Great little hotel! They checked us in early (at 10am), which we were very happy about especially after a long day of travel. Location is very central as well, with the train station just a few minutes walk away and only a few stops to all the tourist spots. Rooms were a little tight but overall very happy with the cleanliness and service.

        The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel is clean.  However, it took me a day to recognize the little things were missing: no kettle or coffee maker in room, no cups or glasses (plastic water glasses only), no counter space for makeup, no drawers for clothing items, blow dryer requires button hold, dark tile makes room seem smaller, and no clock.  For me, these missing items means it is 3 star not 4 star hotel.  It is also on a noisy, tram street with honking horns and breakfast was inconsistent (at another location). Good location for grocery store or a few restaurants, but overall... I wish they would be more of a 4 star as I've had all the above in nice 3 stars.

        Hotel is clean and rooms are ok; elegant and modern…. But when I pay for a night in an hotel I expect to be able to sleep. My room was number 106 and I was having so much noise as if I was sleeping on the street. At 5 o’clock I was counting the trains that pass in front of my window; it was passing every 2 minutes I can guarantee that. So here I am heading to my office without sleeping very tired after spending 115€. Instead of heart hotel please call it Noisy Hotel 🏨 attach you’ll see my views from the hotel and the fabulous train rails.

        The hotel is good for business trips and probably more suited for someone that doesn’t have to spend much time getting ready (lighting in the bathroom is very low and no bidet). My room was a double room single occupancy, not very spacious, ok for two nights max. What was NOT ok is that the bed linens had some stains and I only discovered it when it was too late and I was too tired to call the reception. A 4 star hotel should pay attention to the cleanness of their rooms . Dirty linens are NOT acceptable.
