Cleaning staff entered the room without knocking multiple times. The staircase is very steep. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, friendly staff and location is better than perfect. We stayed 7 nights in a double room with a beautiful front view.

Pics posted can be misleading. This hotel is not as great as the posted pics and reviews. Pros: 1. Budget hotel in Amsterdam Central location. 2. Clean rooms with adequate facilities Cons: 1. Rooms are small and stuffy 2. Bathrooms are very small and congested with not enough hooks to put towels or clothes on; no place to place your shaving kit too. 3. Heaters have been installed, but take a lot of time for heating the rooms. 4. The approach to the hotel is not good. Cars cannot approach this place in daytime when some traffic is around. 5. No options for buffet breakfast or other food items. 6. Coffee from the dispensing machine is really bad. Not worth 2-3 euros. There is actually nothing that you can appreciate here. Choose this place if you have a very tight budget and you want to be in the central area of Amsterdam. If you can relax your purse a little bit more, you have better places near Amsterdam Centraal.

Stayed here in a solo room for one night before my flight out of Amsterdam. Lobby worker was very nice, price was cheap and the room was relatively clean. Only problem with the room is that the fan in there was busted and the walls of the building are paper thin. Did have to use earplugs when I went to bed around 11pm, but took them off around 2am and it was quiet. Overall good for solo travelers on a budget

Great location right in the busy part. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were good. It is noisy and busy at night so bare that in mind. If you are on floors 5 or 6 the stairs up to the room are steep. Overall its a great budget location within 10-15 mins walk from all the attractions.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
