        Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is very good. Most staff were lovely. I really appreciate how well my room was cleaned and how kind most of the staff were. I however accidentally left a pair of black overalls in my room after checking out. I emailed the reception and explained and I received a very polite, kind response saying they had not been found and that the cleaning staff would check. I received another email saying the cleaning staff did not find it and I should check my own luggage. I waited a few days incase the overalls turned up. They did not - they were not in my luggage. I asked politely for the hotel to double check because it was not in my luggage. I received a rude email from the reception who completely dismissed me. I was very upset at how rude this email was. They seemed to not even care that my belongings had gone missing. My overalls are still missing. Disappointing. No respect to the fact this is my belongings!

        I really loved this hotel. The location was so good especially how it connects to the yamanote line and there is not alot of people on the train compared to the main stations of Tokyo. I also loved that there is a convenience store near by and a big mall that you can grab quick meals. The laundry room also had atleast 4 washing machines which meant that alot of people can use it at the same time. There was an ice machine on the floor that i stayed at which meant that it was good for the drinks that i brought.

        Spacious room and reasonable price hotel. Around 30 mins from Shinjugu, near Haneda airport. Opposite Shinagawa-seaside station. Restaurants and Aeon mall just right in front of the hotel. Good service and you can drop the baggage without a fuss.

        Highly recommend this hotel! it was very convenient to go anywhere, also close by Aeon shopping mall close by 11:00pm (only supermarket department ), walk 2 mins to Shinagawa seaside station!
