Room size was pretty standard Japanese room. Bed was big enough for my husband and I (my husband is 200+ and 5'11). Service was good, they delivered extra pillows to our room free of charge. They have amenities like tooth brushes, shampoo, coffee, razors. Overall, I really liked the location as it had many restaurants within walking distance and the subway is literally right there. Would stay here again!

A very nice place to stay in a Kyoto. I came with a group of 3 adults, and the room is large for 3 people. For the price I paid, this is definitely worth it. The hotel has amenities like coffee, tea, even onion soup. In front of the hotel there's a 7 eleven and the neighborhood is also nice to see. For security, this hotel's elevator doesn't use room key for pressing the button, so everyone can go up.

Nice hotel near the train station, buses, and many main market streets around Kyoto. Rooms and the bathrooms were nice with amenities for you to take in the main lobby. There are laundry machines within the hotel and you can purchase detergent from the front desk. The hotel also has restaurants on certain floors for convenient dining.

We love our stay here. Newly revamped hotel with ample resources we need. Though a lot of reviews complained about the WiFi, connection at 9 floor is pretty good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Parking is very convenient at ¥2000 per night. Wifi was slow in the room. However when I complained the next day, front desk gave me a portable wifi device which worked perfect. Room carpets need deep cleaning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
