        Everything in the room meets my expectations for the price. The mattress is comfortable for me and the toilet is very clean and neat. Kudos to Said and Andrei as my friend and I were given a warm welcome during our check in to the hotel. It was a swiftly check in and they also explained the perks we could from the shops and restaurants around the hotel, which I think is a plus point for them.

        Stayed here last night for the Chelsea game, place is very clean, the staff are very helpful and always available. The room was bit small but was immaculately clean and had everything you wanted. The location is VERY GOOD 2/3 minute walk from Earls Court Undergound Station. I would highly recommend and if the price is right it will now be my goto hotel when in London. O and the beds were comfortable and it was very quiet.

        The rooms were very crammed and tiny. It was hard to move around in the bathroom because of how small it was. The bathroom was also very COLD, which made it difficult to get ready in the mornings. You could hear everything from outside of the room, so it was not easy trying to fall asleep at night. For context, I could even hear my next door neighbor sneeze! The service was ok. I did call the front desk one day to have coffee creamer/packets delivered to my door, and they wanted me to come downstairs and get it myself...? Thought they would refill the coffee station when they go to clean the rooms but I guess not... Honestly, just pay the extra price and stay at a 4+ star hotel.

        Okay affordable place. But don't expect to have a comfortable sleeping experience as this hotel needs serious soundproofing. You could hear people walking very loud. The room door also doesn't cover lights from the hallway which in my case was very disturbing and unpleasant as I sleep facing the door. Staff also took my guitar picks thinking they were trash or something despite me putting them next to my guitar. They also took the last of my used water bottles which forced me to drink from the bathroom tab on my last day. The smoking alert or sensor also went off for no reason which freaked me out.
