This place is strange. The some of the staff are good. Others can hardly speak English and have no idea what is going on. The check in was late and we had to wait around. Then the room was never cleaned for 2 days after requesting daily for a clean. Eventually at about 10pm at night the room wouldn't open because the battery died on the door. Not to mention the room was dirty and terribly maintained. Honestly it might be a bit cheaper than other hotels but it's not worth the admin. I've given 2 stars as opposed to 1 because some of the staff were nice.

We're to start room was as basic as gets not even somewhere to hang your clothes was only given 2 hand towels for a 2 night stay. The bed was as hard as the floor and only 1 pillow each person. The room was run down and tatty would definitely not be staying here again and would stay clear if you want a comfortable stay this is not place for you. But 2 doors down is W6 hotel would definitely recommend 👌

I love staying here. Staff are lovely. Rooms spacious. Showers spacious - which is noteworthy as a plus size traveller. With good water pressure and room amenities. I'm always happy to stay here. Can't fault this hotel.

First impression was bad with delay check in due to poor time management with housekeeping still in progress. The cleanliness of the room was terrible and very poor housekeeping arrangement. No daily housekeeping for the room during our stay although we had hang the required cleaning door hanger, rubbish was not clear, bathroom and toilet are not clean, no toiletries refilled, no towels changed, cleaners leave their personal stuffs in our room etc. Talked to one of the staffs about the issue and they are aware of this with previous tenants experienced same problems, their solution is asking us to remind the staffs at front desk everyday if we required ‘full cleaning’ daily during our stay. However, we had remind them everyday for full cleaning needed for the room but there is still no proper cleaning done to the room which they completely ignore our request. Very disappointing with the stay in this hotel and the staffs did not handling the issue well to meet the customer basic expectations and satisfaction, also not providing any compensation to the customer even with poor service provided not meeting basic hospitality standard. Not recommend to stay in this hotel again when visiting london!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The room is a bit of a weird setup as there is a sink in the main room (I can only describe it as a kitchen sink with no proper plug) so you have no privacy to wash. There are separate shower and toilet units at each end of the room. My issue is that the hanging space is in the same unit as the shower, which could lead to clothes getting damp from the steam. There are plenty of cupboards if you don't mind folding your clothes. There is a sofa bed and a workstation for a laptop. Not supplied with enough towels so had to ask for more. No glass supplied for cleaning teeth and no dish to hold my soap. Staff have no idea about local eateries but there is a decent Wetherspoons, The William Morris, a short walk away by Lyric Square. Overall, the hotel is OK for a couple of nights but not worth the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
