If there is a category to rate Staff Services, I would give it a 5. Overall, our grading would be 1) room ok, kind of old 2) AC cooling efficiency seemed low, luckily it is the falls season, so bearable. Not sure if it is in summer with the weak AC still bearable. 3) breakfast OK, Similar food items day one and two. Skipped the 3rd day. 4) 5 stars for front desk. We arrived before check in time, with two different confirmation codes. Front desk staffs, especially a Mr J. Wang, had gone beyond and above to work with us to secure a room before 3pm, at the same time without having to move room upon the closure of first reservation. We appreciated his willingness to help and to accommodate us with 4 pieces of luggage in towed!

I stayed with them on my trip to Taipei and I was very impressed with the quality, location and service of the staff given the price we paid for. This is an excellent hotel choice for anyone who are visiting Taiwan and don’t know the language. I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting from the US!

A very comfortable stay I had at this hotel. Among the 3 hotels where I had stayed for my 1-week trip in Taipei, I had the best sleep there (can fall asleep right away and slept through the night, haha!) The hotel looks slightly old at the lobby & in the room, but overall it is ok. Everything is clean and the shower area is very user-friendly. Good location too. There is a row of bus stops just across half the street from the hotel, and it's all barrier-free so I can haul my luggage from hotel through the building sidewalks to get to the bus stop. The hotel is also near a metro station. Convenient to go around Taipei from there.

Location is good if you are sick of staying near Taipei Main Station / Ximen. It is close to Chia Te if you want to buy pineapple tarts. 2 stops away from Songshan, which has a major railway station. And also a few bus stops away from Taipei 101 area. Aircon seems like it was centrally controlled, every morning i am awoken by the coldness of it. Supplies don't get replenished readily enough. On one of my nights I had to call front desk just for a roll of toilet paper. Bath gel was not replenished even though we finished more than half the small bottle that they gave. However, staff was very professional. When I asked for toilet paper, it was quite late and the front desk manager had to personally come up to my room to hand me the toilet paper. I would say it's worth it, but watch the aircon. You can also see 101 from your room, so you got a nice view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
