A hidden gem just 10 minutes from Oia. The quiet village of finikia is wonderful with 3 top restaurants within 100 metres of the accommodation. Staff were lovely. Rooms were traditional and the whole property was beautiful, with tonnes of character. Don’t be deterred by the reviews of walking to get anywhere, the whole of Santorini is like this.

Not a nice welcome or send off from this hotel. The owner/manager was rude because we came late even though we emailed that we missed our flights, then before check out we were kicked out because the new people were waiting. The room itself was nice, breakfast is bread, was hoping for some fruit as my travel Buddy was not able to eat bread. The water is not drinkable but no water was not provided as most hotel ls do. Hotel has no signs, so finding it was terrible in the dark, especially since it is quite far from the road and a bit of a hike in. Not my best experience unfortunately.

An wonderful place. The view of taditional village of finikia is one of a kind with small paths and local feeling. The hotel located at the heart of the village sarounding by the nature of Santorini characteristics. The sea view is beautiful and every room has his own story decorated in person from travels of all around the world. A life story of Sophia the owner of the hotel that you will find always there to invite you.

Had a very pleasant stay. If you're looking for somewhere comparatively inexpensive but still nice, this is recommended. Good: - Low price compared to much of the island. - Nice location with sea view and within walking distance of Oia. - A couple of great restaurants next door. Go to Krinaki for a good affordable meal and to Meze Meze for a great sunset view if Oia is too crowded for you. - Free breakfast in the mini fridge that was delicious and refilled daily. Rooms were also cleaned daily. - Very cozy room and great bathroom/shower. - Semi-private rooftop lounging area. Bad: - Wifi signal was very weak inside the room, and same goes for mobile signal, so forget about streaming movies in the evening. However you can get a decent signal near the entrance and outside. - A bit hard to get there from the nearest road, prepare for some legwork! During the summer season, if you don't have a car/taxi option, I recommend waking to the Oia bus stop (15' walk) rather than the Finikia bus stop, as many buses skip that route. - No easy sunset view from the rooftop, although you don't need to walk far for one (restaurant and/or Oia).

Worst hotel I have met in the island. First is the location, not convenient, it takes ten minutes to climb to the main load to take bus. 30 minutes to Oia. I'd like to live in Fira rather than this terrible place. Second, the price is not cheap. The quality is not consistent with the price of the hotel. Expensive and small bed. You can see only a part of the east of the island. Too far away from oia.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
