Had a fantastic stay at the Hello HOTEL Manchester during my business trip. The warm welcome I received upon arrival was truly delightful. The room was impeccably clean, and I was particularly pleased with the nice shower and comfortable bed. The heater kept me cozy throughout my stay, and I must mention that the complimentary breakfast was simply amazing. This was my second visit, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. Highly recommended!

For the price, I think this a very good budget option for a trip to Manchester. 2 bus stops are located outside the hotel (one in both directions) which meant getting into the city centre was very convenient. The only drawback for our stay was the beds were extremely firm, but this is a personal choice to have a softer mattress. Overall though, enjoyed our stay here.

The room was as expected for a budget-type of hotel. It's all very straightforward. Good car parking, and an internal connecting door to the most splendid restaurant next door. In terms of location, this is on the main East Lancs Road (A580). If that's where you want to be, it's an ideal location. But check out the map to see how little else there is in this particular suburb. The Hello Hotel has no catering but a strange idea of a grab-and-go takeaway breakfast that has to be ordered in advance and can only be collected between 7-9 am, which we could not manage, due to our travelling arrangements. But it sounded quite unappetising, so it was no loss. Apart from one person on the desk, we never came into contact with anyone else who worked there, so this also made it somewhat similar to Travelodge. In other words, cheap'n'cheerful!

Welcome from a lovely guy was first class. Room basic but clean and even had a fan in the room. Breakfast was novel being served a breakfast bag nothing too much trouble. Even opened my bottle of wine with a corkscrew at reception. Definitely stay again

No complaints the room was large and clean the bed comfortable. We slept well the room rate included a £5 voucher per person to be spent in the adjoining restaurant. A great choice for breakfast .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
