        - Mattress is terrible, you can't sleep. Its like a trampoline - The build (stairs and rooms) are made of floorboards so forget of sleeping. People are going up and down the stairs or banging the main door overnight so you will not be able to sleep. I woke up 3-4 times every night very upset . We were not able to sleep at all. - The flash in the toilet was not working properly - The sink was almost blocked. Yes the department was very clean and nice and the service is good but there is no way you can relax or sleep as you can hear everything is happening in that building. So if you don't care about sleeping then yes is defo recommended but if you want to rest and sleep when you go back in the the apartment then forget about it

        How can you charge for an apartment when you know about there is construction work starting every day at 8am??!! When I go on holiday I don't expect hammer drills and banging to wake me up every morning of my holiday and continue until lunchtime!! No respect for their customers. No information in the room if anything goes wrong. The satellite TV didn't work and it doesn't help when they send staff who don't speak English. This studio apartment has an awkward layout with poor light. Wanted to relax and instead it increased my stress levels. There is no excuse for construction work during holiday season and if there is, you have a right to be told about it. Dishonest and greedy. Never again.

        Great place to stay. Had lots of white goods including a washing machine and dish washer. We're were in the top floor and no lift, bit difficult with a buggy. But flat was spacious.

        Bed bugs. What more you need? It's a problem since 2017 or they need to sort it out better. Apart from having been bitten, had to wash all our clothes at 60 degrees and have had the pest control at our house because we thought we brought a friend with us. A really horrid experience. They gave us an upgrade the last night but it's still remains a bad experience in my memory.

        Not bad, everything is brand new, but our refigerator started making a strange loud noise in the middle of the night, so we had to unplug it. What we could not do with our neighbours, whom we could hear as they moved around. But the location is perfect, away from the overcrouded center with really nice resraurants and a cool minimarkt.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
