        Henann Lagoon Resort exceeded my expectations! The lush surroundings and tranquil lagoon created a serene ambiance. The attentive staff, coupled with impeccable service, made our stay truly memorable. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.         I had high hopes for this resort but the minute we looked at pool it was dirty We saw hair and snot just floating on top We approached them regarding putting filter on they advised us they do this 6am to 11am but peak period for pool is 1pm to 5pm so everything just floats coming off everyone until next day. The pool was cold also due to not being filtered. We got the two bedroom and it was dirty, moldy bathrooms, dirty walls, chipped tiles and basins we paid a lot of money for this room and it just felt dirty We ran out of hot water several times, we had been out all day to come home to a cold shower after having 3 cold showers in 24 hours I approached reception they advised me power went out therefore hot water turns off and it’s up to the guest to advise them your having cold showers to turn on If this is a regular thing not sure why staff don’t go around and check hot water is all turned on why they wait for guests to complain to then turn on It also happened again without power going out again had to ring someone to come fix Deposit is 2,000 peso per day upfront The positive was food was very good, breakfast buffet was amazing , the pool staff were amazing and massages by the pool were excellent at 400 peso per massage. The location was also good Hence the 3 stars definitely not 5 stars due to the cleanliness, cold showers and dirty pool

        I cannot recommend this hotel. The beds were rock hard when arriving. Super firm mattress where ringing lobby they advised only mattress they have. We asked to see another room. Long and behold softer mattress was lied to by staff. The layout of hotel is silly, the massive pool gets no sunlight so doesn't heat up and it always in shade, All the TVs are smart TVS but the hotel has decided to not allow them to connect to internet so unable to use smart services. The pool bar is extremely expensive compared to rest of the island. Like 4 times the amount for a drink then walking to a nicer place on the beach. Their is no incentive for customer to stay and drink at the hotel its like they hate their own guests. Although the food is extremely expensive at the hotel, they make you sign a waiver saying you are not allowed to bring outside food or drink in! Too many silly rules I CANNOT recommend this hotel.

        Superb hotel for the money. Staff are extremely attentive and the food served was superb. Great location in station 2, amazing pool with swim up bar and sun beds to lounge in the pool. Only downside (depending on your situation) this is a family hotel and there will be lots of kids round the pool. Perfect if you want a family holiday, possibly quite loud if you are a couple wanting some peace. Over all, we had a great stay!

        Staff are great, rooms are big enough and they upgraded one of our rooms to premium so we can be close to each other, which was very thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was also great, especially their pastries!!! Only downside were the wifi was too slow, the ACUs in 2 of our rooms were leaking, pool needs cleaning and improvement, and housekeeping were very stingy with bathroom stuff, changing bath towels and bedsheets, and especially giving out laundry bags 🥲 This is about 5mins walk to white beach and 10mins to Dmall, and everything else were accessible.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
