        Booked 7 rooms in this resort for family. Great service! Most of the staff greets guests every time and all our requests/inquiries were addressed quickly. Special thanks to Ms Essa for smooth and fast check in. Beach front location is a big plus. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and delicious. Airport transfer was very convenient and worth the price, especially when traveling with kids and elderly. A couple of things to improve on: (1) the staff should find a better way of checking who are booked in their resort rather than ask some guests for their key cards based on how they look or dress. (2) every morning there was a cockroach lying on the 4th floor hallway.

        Very nice Hotel. We where in the Junior Suite, what is very spacious. With access to the Pool from the Room. The Bed is big and very comfortable. The Bathroom is also spacious. Big Shower and also a Bathtub. We also received a nice Plate of Chocolate Pralines as a welcome. Breakfast Buffet is served in the Seabreeze from 06:00 - 10:00 and in Hap Chan from 07:00 - 09:00. You have a big Buffet with cold and Hot Food.

        Amazing place to stay. Service was always top notch. Room was always promptly cleaned, staff always greeted you, pool was awesome and location could not be better. Breakfast buffet was always good, definitely worth the add-on. Loved our room. My husband also ordered a bday package where they decorate the room with balloons and give you a small piece of cake and some chocolates, it was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!

        It's right in the middle of the popular beach front, close to restaurants, bar and market. The room are spacious and clean though our room is located in the middle with nil view. There are 3 pools one with a bar. My deal includes breakfast and there are wide selection of foods. The staf are ver polite and accommodating. Overall, it's a good resort hotel and I can recommend it to people I know.

        Had the pleasure staying here for a week. the staff were very friendly. The food was good. The house keeping was very well. They came every day to change the towels and sweep the floor. I had the Pfizer check in in with apple. She was very nice pleasant and very accommodating. Thank you very much apple for a year hospitality. The bathrooms were pretty good. The only downside is the hot water kept running out, but there is hot water.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
