Amazing location for those travelling with heavier bags. The dinosaurs are to die for and were just a cherry on top as the bedrooms were spacious as ever (at least compared to Tokyo). Separate toilet and bath rooms which was a plus. Slippers Great amenities. Breakfast option was delicious. I always had too many buns, miso soup and a few too many corn flakes for comfort. Provide toothbrushes and robes.

It's a unique experience staying at this hotel. It's sold as a robot hotel, but it's more like a self-serve hotel. There are several free luggage locks which allow you to leave your large luggage securely in the hotel lobby. We enjoyed our stay. My son really wanted to stay at this hotel due to a YouTube video he watched. Although you might not see any hotel employees at the front of the house, they are ready to serve you when it's needed. We had to move the beds closer, so we called the hotel phone and an employee arrived shortly to assist us. The room has a good view of Shinkansen which is a plus if you like trains. The room has a good soundproof, so we didn't hear any train-related noise.

Nice relativity new hotel 5 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The dinosaur check is a nice gimmick, hotel staff are in the room next door and seemed instantly available when we needed them. Rooms are very spacious (for a Japan hotel) but could do with a few more amenities. I felt the price was a little expensive for what we got but overall satisfied.

Superb location. Only a couple of mins walk from Kyoto station. The room had a reasonable size, but compared to other countries that I have been, some facilities are missing in Japan's hotels in general. There is only 1 pillow with some bin bag kind of filling. Milk, water, or body lotion are missing in Japan's hotels. We included breakfast which was a good choice. The highlight of this hotel was the robots in the check in area. I loved them.

Location 5-10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Room is clean and comfortable. Separate bathroom and toilet, sink at outside. Self check in is easy, if got problem can contact the hotel staff and will assist guest.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
