Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

We had a good experience staying here. We stayed in a room on the 3rd or 4th floor facing west. We stayed two nights. One night was quiet but the other night was very loud. There’s a bar right next door and despite being a Tuesday night was pretty noisy. The following night (Wednesday) was ok though. I sleep with Spotify white noise so the bar noise wasn’t really a problem

A very unique experience if you’re staying in Osaka! Front desk had two dinosaurs to greet you. Staff is available upon tablet request— but it was very easy to navigate check in on your own. The only gripe we had was that we did not a view at all as our room was facing the concrete wall of the building next door. Besides that, the room was spacious with a unique layout. The sink was outside in the sleeping area. We enjoyed staying here despite the view as it was near a lot of shopping and eateries. We felt very safe coming in and out of the hotel as everything was key card activated.

I first stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and absolutely loved it. The dinosaurs 🦖 at the front desk were really unique and hotel room was spotlessly clean. So I decided to stay at this hotel again on my recent trip to Osaka. I'm very disappointed with the hotel this time mainly due to the lack of cleanliness. Dust is visible on the humidifier vent, air conditioner vent, bed headboard. Bath looks clean but could feel scum when swiped by hand. Toilet ring not cleaned very well. Could see marks on it. Toilet water spray nozzle dirty (this might be an issue for other toilets too, just not visible?) . What really gets me is the blood stain on the bed sheet. The top sheet is clean, which means the bed sheet has been changed by hotel cleaner. Yet they decided it's ok to leave the layers below as it is without washing. Because the top sheet is very thin, the stain is still visible. It's mind blowing so many issues could happen in one room. Above items suggest management issues in the hotel. Rooms are cleaned without much care and not checked by management.

The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you would need while the robot attendant does work some charm. The hotel check in is quite easy and you can drop the luggage earlier and walk toward dotonburi which is just 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite weird which would make more sense as lunch to me but still was quite good. Surprisingly the restaurant turned into a maid cafe in the evening, dunno if it's the daily thing but it was quite interesting.
