Rooms here are sort of small compared to other hotels but still make a great place to rest. Japan can be very hot/humid, and the Air Conditioner was super convenient, as long as you can translate it. The hotel staff are super helpful and nice. The bar on the 1st floor is also a great place to unwind and relax after a long day. Convenient location, very close to konbini, train stations and restaurants. They also have a washer & dryer on site. Overall I would recommend it, the human robots can be a bit creepy though.

Incredible hotel for the price. Robot staff are so cute! The location was super convenient. I went many places in Tokyo and I always had to take only 1 train (no transfers) because there are 3 stations within 7 minute walking distance 😍 I will be back

Zimmer well geared, but too small. Sleeping and spending the morning with 2 people was difficult. The check in was a bit slow, but the check-out was fast. The positioning was very good. Good connection through the city. And most things we're in reach by foot. Would go there again with a better room.

I was surprised when I walked on to see the male and female bots at the front desk. I seen it on the travel channel and had to come for a stay. It was a bit confusing when we entered the hotel. The front desk is on the 2nd floor. They provides pajamas, toothbrushes, and body scrubs. The rooms were clean, huge TV, and bathroom was very spacious. I will definitely stay here again.

Room is really nice, but super small and does't have a wardrobe. For 1 night or 1 person is perfect 😊 breakfast is great, the staff super nice and an option to do a laundry? Really convenient!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
