We stay at Henn Na Hotel couple of years back. Hence we are stay here again for the close proximity to Hamamatsucho Station where you can board the monorail train to Haneda Airport. It’s basically a self-serv hotel from check-in till you check-out. Unless you require human assistance, you can ring for them. The hotel has converted the 2nd floor for hotel guests to self-deposit their luggage with build-in securing devices which we find it a good convenient service. It’s great when you arrived early and can deposit and secure your luggage until such time when your hotel room is ready for check-in. Each hotel room is equipped with a LG Styler (Steam Clothing Care System) which is another good equipment for hotel guests to steam and refresh their clothings rather than needing to go through a washing machine and a dryer. All at the convenience of your own hotel room. These are the 3 main positive factors to stay here. We are rather disappointed at the really small room layout where you couldn’t even have space to open your check-in luggage unless it on the bed. The bed mattress is thin and firm, while the pillows are thin and filled with beans like materials. The pillows a tad too hard and flat for our comfort, thus giving us a hard time getting a good night rest. Was also disappointed that the bedroom slipper is not a new disposal pair (common for other hotels) but a used disinfected pair. This is beyond my hygiene preference. Depends on your needs and expectations, but we will likely not be staying here next time we are in Tokyo. Was rather disappointed compared to our stay here a couple of years back. There’s improvements but the cons still outweigh the pros for us.

A neat hotel in easy reach of the hamamatsucho station, a very handy luggage room, and rooms very well presented. The views of tokyo tower are quite nice from the upper floors too as a bonus. Beds are a little stiff, but I still slept like a rock. Would come back again!

High recommendation for my stay at Tokyo. The amenities are provided well although room size relatively smaller. Easy access to Daimon station which is only about 3 mins walking distance from hotel and you could easily reach Narita and Haneda Airport.

My February stay at Henn na Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho was a delightful experience. Despite the compact room size, the hotel maximizes space efficiency without compromising on comfort. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, providing all essential amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent. One minute walk away from ramen restaurants, BBQ restaurants and a Family mart. Two minute walk to the Daimon station exits. The room is small as expected. Probably slightly smaller than super hotels’ rooms. Two starts are taken because: 1. The bed is hard as rock. The mattress is only like three inches thick. 2. The AC is installed in a weird position; the wind blows to the pseudo-washer (LG STYLE). So the room cools down very slowly. 3. The carpet feels a bit sticky when walking on it. The service is neither good or bad because you don’t see a real person but I give it five stars because the hotel has a storage room for luggage after check out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
