I discovered this lovely neighborhood gem as I was walking around looking for a place to work on my laptop while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. I loved the environment so much I had to come back the next day (the first day of the new year) to try the traditional Turkish breakfast they offer. Not only was the breakfast extremely delicious, generous, varied, and beautifully presented but the care and attention we received was so special. The team members here are very customer oriented for sure, but they are also inherently and genuinely welcoming, warm, and friendly. The manager offered to give us a tour of the premises, including the terrace: the view from the roof top is breathtaking. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed at Henna Hotel this November and we absolutely loved our stay! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to cater to your needs, especially the manager Ali we would be greeted by him every morning! He was so sweet and helped us throughout our trip! Even before the trip we asked him for updates and he would respond promptly! The hotel is in a perfect location to lots of restaurants and most importantly such close distance to the mosques! Beautiful walks in the evening and during the day! Beautiful views, so much to do around the area! The hotel is very clean and lots of facilities in the room! Most importantly comfy beds! The hotel rooftop views are breathtaking! Waking up to them every morning was incredible! I would recommend everyone to stay here! I will definitely be returning again! Thank you!

Last night here in the Henna Hotel Istanbul. Henna Hotel has been a fantastic home from home, the Staff here are so wonderful, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, our host Ali (Manger) is just perfect, he knows how to communicate with his guests, Thank You Ali, and the most gorgeous, Jasmine, she is such a treat. Location is perfect, couple of minutes walk to both Mosques. Bazaar is 15 minutes walk away. Breakfast is vast and tasty with some treats you will not have heard of before. What I found out was that they have a Menu and only wish I knew this before hand. The food we ordered was very well prepared and presented and very tasty. We had a superior room which was perfect, comfortable bed and shower that was quite large with constant warm water. They have a roof top where you can sit, eat, drink and gaze at Istanbul from the roof. I have nothing negative to say about Henna Hotel Istanbul, very happy we chose this perfect place.

Excellent hotel! The location is great with a lot of the famous sights within walking distance. Public transport is also within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also an amazing rooftop with great views! The breakfast was good and the staff were super kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Istanbul!

This place is epic. It's literally a 2 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The location is perfect for travelers. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop area for guests. The hotel staff are some of the most lovely, hospitable people we have ever met. They worked tirelessly to make sure we had a great stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
