The hotel public areas are very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area is a simple but clever design and I thoroughly enjoyed my swim. Clean towels etc were readily available The restaurant was amazing. The food was excellent and delicious. The service was first-class and with the guest discount the price was good. Our "Superior" room was very clean, great selection of free toiletries. Large with comfortable arm chairs. Reception staff were polite, helpful and efficient and our request for an iron was sorted in 5 minutes plus an ironing board The hotel staff are first class and a credit to their job. Thank you, we will return

I was not a fan of this hotel. Pros: -our interactions with the staff were good, they were all friendly -the breakfast was good, I actually looked up how to make the garlic rice at home -the rooms are spacious -the pool is decent Cons: -the gym was closed for maintenance which seems to be a frequent occurrence based on other reviews -one of our two rooms had a musty smell -the rooms need updating (painting, new caulk in bathrooms), the towels are all stained and need replacing -our room had cracks and even a hole in the corner of the glass which made the sound from outside come in even more. Luckily I brought earplugs -while it is technically Makati, it is not the nice part of Makati. I did not feel unsafe but it was a dirty part of the city. Watch where you walk so you don’t step in pee and poop, as well as homeless sleeping along the sidewalks.

All of their staffs are professional, attentive, accommodating, and friendly. As travelers, we sometimes forget few of our things that are actually essential to our travel. For example, an adaptor and a charger. We borrowed from the reception, and they have plenty of these things for their guests just in case they need them and they don't charge their guests for this extra service/s they provide. And lastly, we appreciate Jethro (we call him The Super Housekeeper), he's very nice and he's very detailed in doing his job. The Sauna, pool, restaurant experience are great too. We had a best stay, and we will surely come back.

rooms need a bit more maintenance, can feel crumbs in between the seats on sofa, but the room is huge, incredibly spacious. can feel that it is dated, but the staff are excellent and service oriented. neighbourhood doesn't feel very safe but the location is near a lot of tourist spots

Excellent place to stay. Nicely located near enough to all the places you would want to visit. Rooms are nice size however a little dated hence why only 4 stars however the staff make up for it. Bed very comfortable, swimming pool and sauna great..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
