My stay here wasn’t a pleasant one as it has hotel room ms and dorm rooms. In terms of noise, you will hear people banging their room door and talk really loud. Soundproof wise is quite bad. When we checked-in to the hotel, the floor near the door has some sticky liquid and the mirror at dressing table and bathroom are very dirty. The bed frame cushion has some liquid spots on it and the chair near dressing room is dirty too. If you have elderly in the group, I do not recommend to take the family room as the stair toward the upper level is quite narrow and steep. Be careful when you are going to hang the clothes near the stairs as you may hit your head to the corner of the staircase if you didn’t notice that corner section. Bathroom wise, the floor is very slippery so make sure you get more floor mats for the toilet area to avoid wet floor. If you love hot shower, their shower may not be able to satisfy you as the hot water may come and go. Shower gel and shampoo that the hotel provide are cheap one as you will see very less bubble. Better bring your own toothbrush too as the body of the toothbrush is very “flexible”. There is only 1 rubbish bin in the family room and it is in the toilet. Electric or power wise in the room is not so stable. There was a night where the electricity got cut off 5 times within 30 mins. So don’t leave your phone or gadget being charged overnight. Location of the hotel is good though as it is a shoplot hotel and there are a lot of eateries. Watson is just beside the hotel in case you need to get your own toiletries or other stuff. Hotel staff said no need to pay for parking but we checked in apps that you need to pay for parking so better be safe than sorry.

Trashy place, walked in for a double room, outside the hotel LCD screen wrote RM78, lobby wall written price for double room is RM128, asked the reception for availability, bstrd said RM178, I agreed with RM178 because it is weekend and late, but this sun of a beach try to charge me RM278 during card payment. He still dares to tell me it is the correct price for a double room that the wall price is old pricing.

A nice hotel staffs are always welcome and helpful. There no sound proof from the walls, so you can hear every words from your neighbouring rooms. So not mention the noise every single vehicles that drive pass the hotel. lol…

Booked the standard double, room did not have a bad smell or sewage smell. Bed was relatively clean. However the toilet bowl was stained & toilet roll holder was also rusty. The room wasn't cleaned properly as we found old chewing gum wrapper on the bedside table. And to top it all off, room is extremely dusty. 5 mins in I was sneezing nonstop and the next day I had a runny nose the whole day. Do not stay here if you are sensitive to dust, save yourself. $16 room vs doctor's bill, pick your battles

dormitory bed was very comfy and clean booked the private 5bed room. Toilet smelled abit stinky but the shower was ok. bring ur own shampoo and etc cos it’s not provided.U can’t control the aircorn speed to temp but overall the room temp is ok only complaint that the aircorn abit noisy. hotel room onli $30sgd for entire private 5 bed dormitory so can’t complain

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
