What an incredible stay. Situated right alongside old town so it’s not too crowded but within a 10minute walk of everything you hope to see. Paula at the front desk was incredible and had amazing taste in local restaurants/cafe. I maximized my time in Split because of this amazing hotel!

We are first timers in Croatia and heritage hotel was our second stay. The room and location were great but the service of the staff is what stood out the most. Both Ruzica and another staff member went above and beyond to help with our current stay and even our departure plans. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

Couldn't have had a better experience, since we booked the room the hotel was very nice and helped us to decide about which island to visit. Bedrooom is very comfortable and bathroom extremely clean with Rituals shampoos etc... Breakfast was nice and pleasant outside under the wonderful olive tree. Rosa at the reception was amazing and was always making sure our stay was the bestest, she was super friendly and felt almost like a friend. We will definitely be back to Heritage 19 next time we go to Croatia.

The hotel offers a great restaurant with a wonderful menu selected by by a worldwide well-known chef!! I recommend it to everyone. It's a great escape from a Split hassle. It's a charming place with an excellent service, the waiter is Brane!! ;)

Great hotel with excellent location! Heritage 19 is a cozy place with good service. Breakfasts are served at order and are quite good. Hotel is located near the city center (~100m). There are also parks and port nearby. If you are on a car there are a lot of parkings which suites different budgets. Really nice place to stay in!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
