We booked 2 rooms during the Christmas period for the family and we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel is located in a nice location, the rooms are clean and cozy. Bedding are comfortable. We had issue when using the KIOSK checkin system but the hotel staff was very patiently assist us. We will default book again.

1. Room size is good, but the smell of cigarette make one want to vomit for the non-smoking room - Hotel staff should enforce no smoking inside the room. 2. Basic toiletry toothpaste, tooth brush etc is available 3. Air con and fan room which good option 4. Location not too bad and at proximity mall

chose the hotel as it was rated 8.8 ..but defnitely it is not recommended..it was a bad day I would say..the bath room the sink started flooding..went to counter..the manager said she would send someone to repair it. Funny uh 😁 ..bedsheets looked old (Not tidy)..I cancell my stay and looked for other hotel ..check out immediately..poor part I didn't get refund.sorry for the long story..😏

One of the worst hotels and management. This is the only hotel that requires you need to pay late checkout fees even if you are extending. Had been staying in the hotel for 2 days, we came back to our hotel at around 5am and told the staff (santosh) at the counter that we will be extending 1 more night. But the staff told us we only can make the payment at 12pm. We wanted to make payment but the staff was too lazy. We even told him to write a note to say that we will be extending later. But around 3pm the new staff told us to pay late checkout fees even though we wanted to extend. Extremely unprofessional and lazy management. Management is even so lazy to solve this issue. Avoiding to talk to us. Do not stay in this hotel!
