Perfectly located hotel only a few steps away from the old town. It is in nice condition, service is kind and attentive. We had a superior room on the 1st floor facing the side street. It was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was included which they served in a restaurant they have direct connection with. Selection is alright you can definitely find yourself something you like. Qualitywise it is fine as well. We were able to store our bags in the luggage room after checkout, which was a big help. The only drawback I need to mention, is that there is a bar close to the hotel which is open until 6 AM and plays music very loudly. In our it took only 30 minutes between 0:30-1:00 AM, but still it might disturb other guests. They have provided earplugs but not everyone can sleep in those so it is not the perfect solution. But overall it is a good hotel, I would recommend it if you are a good sleeper:)

I would probably leave 5 stars for this hotel as location is very good, walking distance from the main attractions, also train/bus stations. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast are great and service is good. However, and that’s quite important- it is so noisy from outside bars or people drinking in the streets (not even during the weekend) that it is impossible to sleep, even with the earplugs. Unfortunately, I would not stay again.

It's located at Old Riga, close to all touristic places, restaurants and places to buy souvenirs. Has a great professional and friendly staff, assisting you in your needs. You can book with the hotel transportation from and to the airport. Rooms are comfortable, clean and plenty of space. Breakfast is five stars, plenty of options of food and juices, with the breakfast you can skip your lunch. I had my room facing the street, where there's a bar called Arcade and it's open 7 in the morning, so unfortunately my room was really with loud noise from the street. Has place for meetings and events.

Lovely hotel, bang in the middle of the old-town in Riga. Staff member when we checked in was very nice, told us what time breakfast was served at, pointed out the facilities in the hotel, when we were checking out, another very nice lady was helping us, we paid a wee bit extra, to keep our room , as our flight was late in the evening. She explained we can keep it as long as we needed. A nice touch, that was a real help.👍the rooms themselves were spotlessly clean,& spacious, the bathroom/ shower was again spotless, with a brilliant shower breakfast was plentiful, and loads of choice. Mostly continental, some hot items also- buffet style for the time we were there, the hotel was excellent. The hotel Radi un Draugi will always get a brilliant recommendation from me. ! 👍🇱🇻

Standard hotel with a good breakfast. Clean . Excellent value for money. Choose inner courtyard rooms otherwise can be noisy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
