My wife and I had a late flight and decided to book a stay here to get a nap and shower in before we headed to the airport that evening. When we checked in, the lobby was very dark. The clerk ran my card, then told us to follow him -- DOWN THE STREET TO THE RAMADA, where he took us to a rented room and dropped us off! The room was absolutely filthy, with many, many roaches. We immediately left the room and returned the key to the clerk at Hexa. The owner gave me a hard time about a refund and only agreed to do so after I threatened to call the police, claiming that Hostelworld, where we booked, was to blame for false advertising. Even then, they did not give me a refund, forcing me to dispute the charge.

If you are going for night activities, night market, food adventure, this backpacker style hotel is close to those things. Everything is a walking distance. You'll also pass by a few foot massage establishments nearby.

I had a great sleep at Hexa. The room itself was small but sufficient. Located in a busy area of KL, it had a good metro link about a 10 minute walk away. The staff are excellent and friendly. Good facilities and laundry service was decent. Could do with better soundproofing as if you have loud neighbors you can hear them. Also the room is built to a low cost standard which shows.

We stayed in a deluxe queen room. The room had no windows. The bed was very firm and definitely not a memory foam mattress like advertised. The bathroom did not look like the photos on the website. Wi-Fi was extremely slow, weak, and spotty if our devices were able to connect at all. Staff members were friendly. Complimentary water and coffee station were appreciated.

This was a great hostel, in the city centre. With all the comfort of a boutique hotel. The householders are great people who are also travelers, which explains the nice details considered all around. Free coffee is nescafe gold e.g. The showers and toilets are plenty and regularly cleaned. There is no time restrictions for hotel entrance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
