Stayed for 4 nights in December 2023. Overall had a great stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary water. Clean and comfortable bathroom. Great location and walkable up Avenida da Liberdade down to the city center/ main touristic sites. Affordable breakfast if purchasing across your full stay and reasonable parking for being in a very busy transit area. Some of the cleaning staff were a bit noisy in the mornings but otherwise a great stay and value for the location.

Hotel it's ok. Best is the location. Our room had bad ventilation so we had to ask staff to unlock the window. Bathroom door is just a glass door that doesn't close properly. Breakfast was not good. Bad coffee, bad tasting pastries, sweet scrambled eggs...

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel and everything wrong. First of all, the person who attended us was quite rude. I also had problems with a stolen object. I left my fragance on the table in my room and when I returned at night the fragance had disappeared. I talked with the receptionist about the incident. They told me maybe I left me frgance on my house even saying I used at the same morning. She called me later saying that no one had entered the room except the cleaning people and myself.

Booked this hotel as part of a holiday package and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Lisbon but you have many different shops, cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the Amoreiras shopping centre 10 minutes away. The metro station is just across the road. A fantastic stay and the staff are welcoming and helpful!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
