        All in all we had a good stay here. Our room had a nice view. We had supper in the hotel and it was just so so. Breakfast offer a good selection. The people that worked there were friendly and happy to answer questions. We were pretty well located near good shopping. The beds were comfortable and I was happy to have a bathtub. Lisbon is a very beautiful city with loads of colourfully tiled buildings, lots to look at and photograph.

        Average hotel. Not far from major locations. Rooms have recent furniture but heating cooling system is old and windows need to be changed. A bit noisy. Decent breakfast. Not worth the price though

        The customer service should’ve been better. They’re lack of customer focused culture though they in hotel industry. They are not friendly at all and looks unhappy doing the job. I don’t know if it’s a common culture. The only friendly, happy, with good customer service is the hotel attendant. He was very helpful and diligently doing his jobs.

        All in all we had a good stay here. Our room had a nice view. We had supper in the hotel and it was just so so. Breakfast offer a good selection. The people that worked there were friendly and happy to answer questions. We were pretty well located near good shopping. The beds were comfortable and I was happy to have a bathtub.         Very comfortable rooms,quiet and clean. breakfast offered hight variety of items all beverages, Perfect spot to start the day. Staff is all over the care and quality of the area. Too bad europeans don't tip, they deserve it. Very pleased will recommend and come back. Metro access is crossing the street at the front lobby door.

        This review is for the service provided by one Nelson G. who works the morning breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast is definitely worth signing up for and the added bonus is being in the presence of Nelson who every morning has the best and most positive attitude that it set us up to have a great day of touring the rest of the day. We were there for 6 mornings and when Nelson wasn't there for 2 of them, the whole demeanor of the breakfast room was completely different. It was not the same without his infectious positivity, attention to all patrons, jokes and overall good vibe that can only come from him. It was sad to have to leave but he will always be a great part of the memories we have of Lisboa.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
