I loved the experience at the Hf Fenix Music Hotel. The room was spacious enough for my husband and myself, and clean with a great view of the city square and a lot of greenery. I loved how very focused on sustainability and resource optimization the hotel is. The different modes of light and the fancy high tech switch boards were the icing to the cake. Loved the support and service of the hotel staff members. Definitely would recommend it. Breakfast spread was great and quite good.

I had a good stay. The hotel is one mile outside of city center and easy to get to from the airport via the metro. The hotel itself is very modern and up to date and has a decent buffet style breakfast. The real selling point is the rooftop pool and bar with cool views of the city. The only negative aspect was that I left a small item in my hotel room that I had to get shipped back to me. That part was entirely my fault, however, it took almost two weeks to arrive and I had to send several emails to ensure it was sent in the first place. When it finally was, it cost over 60 euro to FedEx. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel and would go back.

It must be one of the best hotel in Lisbon. we had the best stay in this hotel and the staff were amazing, specially in the reception, they were so kind and helpfully. The location is central from everything and still with lots of peace and no noise. It is so close to the public bus, metro and hop on and off bus, to tourist attractions. The swimming pool on the rooftop was so nice and clean, with a nice view over Lisbon. Perfect rooftop for some drinks and snacks, the staff was so sweet and service was always with big smile. The room were also perfect, large room, with u own refrigerator you are free to use, no stupid minibar and the shower was amazing, I miss the shower. Thank you very much, we would love to come back :-) 5 stars- met all our expectations and needs !

Nice rooms here with comfy beds. We lucked out and got street views so could see Eduard 7th park out of our window. Nice and powerful shower. Location was pretty good. Right next to a metro stop, so can get to other places in the city pretty easily. Laundry service (if you need it) was prompt and took good care of my clothes. Breakfast food not the best, but I never have high hopes for hotel food anyway. Would stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
