The room and staff at this hotel were excellent. There is only a short walk to the nearest underground station and all tourist sites can be easily accessed using the underground or a 20/25 minute walk. The staff were extremely helpful at all times - day and night. We will definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to our friends. The extra touches eg free bottles of water and coffee capsules and coffee machine in the room added to the experience. Well done!!

Amazing location. Front line staff was extremely professional and helpful. Exceeding our expectations. Very clean, well located, quiet location which was a stone throw away from the city centre (either 15 mins walk or taxi ride for less than 10’euros.) best option. We will come back. Excellent value for money

Very Bad experience with this place. Stayed for 3 day and it was a nightmare. 1. The Internet didn’t worked for 2 days. 2. They have charged me because my 18 Month old baby scribbled in their bed sheet with pen. 3. The room door lock not working . No security. 4. No proper house keeping and poor service.

Loved my stay here. I stayed in a comfortable double bed room with a kitchenette. Staff were friendly. Great walkable neighborhood convenient to the metro, several buses, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else.

We stayed here for a week. There was minor issues with the room like the door key needed to be reprogrammed, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t operating well but I would still give 5star to this hotel due to great location, quick check-in and check-out, very nice staff, great daily services and clean rooms. I would stay here again. Thanks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
